Lucie Jelf’s Exhibition @Findlay!

Findlay were delighted to host a private view of Lucie Jelf’s exhibition in our office on Broadway Market on the 9th of June. The atmosphere was cracking and almost 100 art lovers attended through the evening. Well done Lucie for exhibiting and thanks to Jean-Paul and Hackney Art Week for organising!

Christmas & New Year 2021 Emergencies

For Let Only tenants you will need to contact your Landlord directly.

Please ensure you have followed all advice on this page relating to your problem before calling the emergency contractor or you may be liable for the cost.

If you have a problem with your locks, windows or a security issue please call our Locksmith on 07533 323 860.

If you have an out of hours emergency please call 07465 474755 and state your address and postcode. 

Our definition of an emergency is as follows:

  1. Broken entry or security issue
  2. Gas Leak (Following call to gas provider)
  3. No heat or hot water
  4. Leak causing damage to the property from pipe, roof or window
  5. Complete electrical failure
  6. Smell from electrical socket indicating heat or burning

Tenant Responsibilities
In addition to a landlord having responsibilities throughout the course of a tenancy, there are also responsibilities on you, the tenant(s).
