About – Findlay Property

Findlay was founded in 2001, as London began its shift from a market of homeowners to one of renters. We grew quickly by identifying opportunity in central London, acquiring buy-to-let properties on behalf of landlords and building a lettings and management business around their needs.

We moved to Broadway Market in 2005 and have called it home ever since. A conservative, prudent approach saw us through the 2008 financial crisis, and steady growth followed through the 2010s.

Early adoption of cloud technology and flexible working meant the 2020 pandemic caused no disruption to our landlords or tenants.

In 2023 we refurbished our office, investing in the environment our team works in, because we believe good service starts with a good team.

Twenty-five years on, Findlay remains what it was on day one: a hands-on, genuinely local agency built on relationships rather than transactions.
