If you have a problem with your heating or hot water please call our plumber on 07828 804 006. If our plumber is unavailable and you have any other type of emergency please call our emergency contractor WeFixNow on 020 3394 0980 . Please use the password FIND456 when booking the service. If WeFixNow are unable to assist you please call Aspect Maintenance on 0844 273 4952.

Our definition of an emergency is as follows:

  1. Broken entry or security issue
  2. Gas Leak (Following call to gas provider)
  3. No heat or Hot water
  4. Leak causing damage to the property from pipe, roof or window
  5. Complete electrical failure
  6. Smell from electrical socket indicating heat or burning

We are looking for an experienced negotiator to take over our Sales and Lettings department in London Fields. This is a great opportunity for someone to take on a rewarding central role in a well-established business on buzzing Broadway Market.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
– Basic salary £20K – £23K depending on experience plus commission
– Company phone
– Access to all sales and lettings properties in our portfolio (over 100 managed properties)
– 20 Days holiday (plus all bank holidays and additional days off over Christmas and NY)

REQUIREMENTS
– At least 18 months experience in property sales and / or lettings
– Self-starter who is happy to take the initiative, keen to bring in new business
– Knowledge of Hackney / East End
– Business savvy
– Work Saturdays

LETTINGS COMMISSION
– 5% of our fee for existing business
– 10% of our fee for new business

SALES COMMISSION
– 10% of our fee
