About – Findlay Property

We were founded in 2001 as London began a historic transition from being a market predominantly composed of ownership to one of rentals. Our company grew rapidly by identifying areas with potential in central London. We then concentrated on acquiring buy-to-let properties on behalf of non-resident landlords and letting and managing these properties.

In 2005 we moved to Broadway Market, a prime east London location and continued to build our letting and management business.

Due to our prudent business model we rode out the storm of the financial crisis in 2008 and continued to expand and thrive through the 2010s.

Having already embraced cloud technology and work from home principles we were well placed to function efficiently through the 2020 pandemic.

In 2023 we completely refurbished our Broadway Market office, creating a inspiring work environment where employees are supported in their personal and professional growth.
