Findlay managed a property for me for 5 years. In a business that is typically populated by sharks, the gentlemen at Findlay stood out. Above all I found them to be trustworthy. The was an absence of nasty surprises and hidden charges. Rather than feeling exploited - as I had done in experiences with other property management agents - I was being treated as a valuable long term customer by Findlay. Prices were fair and I genuinely felt that the property was in good hands while I was overseas and out of the UK. Their style is relaxed and friendly but they also manage to be efficient. Highly recommended

I used them to let my flat. Excellent service. Honest, transparent, and upfront about everything. Good rates. Seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job, found great tenants, dealt with issues quickly. Paid on time. Entirely positive experience.

Over the last few years, this agent introduced me to few of my tenants for two of my different properties in London. Our agreement was let only bases. Thought we had few disagreement over miscommunucation/ misunderstanding of the let only fee, Partner of this estate agent are one of the most reliables in London. You can depend on them %100.

I rented a flat through Findlay Property for 3 years. They were a breath of fresh air compared to other lettings agents in London. Decent people who give a damn and don't overcharge on fees.

Next time I need a place in London I'll be talking to them first.
